Kasey and Rebecca established CCTC with a dual mission: to provide exceptional service to our clients and to foster the growth of new travel agents. Our aim is to empower every agent within our agency to reach their full potential and deliver the best possible service to their clients.

To support this goal, we offer a comprehensive online training library. This self-paced program is designed to guide you through the challenges of the initial months of your travel planning career.

We are searching for individuals who are self-motivated, organized and detail oriented with a zest for travel. You will need to have an extensive knowledge of social media and be well connected on multiple sites. This business requires good people skills and the ability to problem solve on the go. You will become part of a very supportive team of agents who are willing to help one another grow professionally.
